At Readers®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new eyewear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to ensure it arrives back to our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
